**Q: Can this be used with liquid and allow a fitting to guide the overflow through a tube back to water tank?**
A: I do not know for sure. I used only are an air flow pressure regulator. I doubt this valve would work with liquid?

**Q: Can the poppet + spring be reversed to serve as vacuum relief?**
A: No,  the valve will not work properly
