A: Slightly. It's very mild the scent and it was invasive at all like some. Hope that helps

A: Yes, after to settled the make up and give you a dewy ,fresh look

**Q: is this mineral based?**
A: No it's alcohol based. When I purchased mine it also came unsealed. So I didn't use it.
