And if you've never used truly, authentic maple syrup, you should treat yourself, or if you just want to see how different and good the amazing difference is between real, maple tree sap produced by a company with high standards, and the store shelf brands that have huge adverstising budgets, just try a less expensive version of "real" maple at your grocer's.
