This support helped me to continue to walk after the use of crutches and kept my knee warm which improved the circulation and healed my knee quicker. Easy to put on as it uses Velcro to wrap around the knee and it does not slip down or move whilst on. As a woman it did bulk out under leggings but that was to be expected.
