The attachment to the back of the seats has been great and there's been no sign of it coming loose. 2) I noted below that I picked the cargo mat because of how low the lip is around the edge - I actually wish it were lower. When I fold the seats down and try to roll cases from the floor to the seat and back again, the lip catches every time. It's actually kind of annoying. If I find one that's actually flat, I might pick it up. No change in my rating for this one, it's still a good mat. I'd just find something different if I could. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Got the cargo mat and the rear seat back covers and both seem to fit well. The rear seat back parts could use a couple minor tweaks in shape but they fit well overall. I installed them by lining up the latch cutouts on the outsides and everything else is pretty close. Can't speak too much to how well they attach to the seat backs yet but I did make sure to press them in good all the way around. Seems secure based on my first impression. I picked this cargo mat because it seemed to have the shortest lip all the way around - and I expect to load things with the seats folded down a lot. So it wanted it to be easy to roll a case over and onto the back seat. I think it'll do the job and it fits very well with the floor in the upper position.
