It makes ice very well. The only drawback is there's no cooler to keep the ice if you want to make more than 9 cubes. You have to take the cubes out right away and get them into the freezer.

Ft he item works as said, but damage my counter, would be great if the screws at the bottom did not stick out , sent back wanted to get another but , but did not want the damage on my counter.

Easy to operate. Have had it a month, no issues so far.

i am so beyond sad.
i have had all of two days..first it drips? water all underneath it. second the ice cubes are not solid- a light crystal color..i am so beyond sad.
