A: Apply a base coat first and cure for 60 secs then apply whichever color you desire 2x (cure between each coat ) then apply top coat.

**Q: How many watts does the UV light have to be in order to dry the nail polish ?**
A: Not sure about the watts, I dried them for 60 seconds after each coat

**Q: Why did my nail polish clump and not change color?**
A: The color changing nail polish will change color by temperature ,you could try to put your hand in water.

**Q: Is the matte top coat included?**
A: No. There are no base.or top coats included. Just the colors.
