As I'm sure most of you who follow a low-carb lifestyle know, most are either grainy and fall apart, slimy and taste like fish, or make false promises with some sort of indigestible ingredient that doesn't affect the net carbs enough to constitute the price. Thus I resigned myself to zoodles a long, long time ago. Don't get me wrong, I love zoodles, but the only problem is that you have to perfectly compliment the flavor of the zucchini and not every sauce goes. This black soybean spaghetti has such a mild flavor, it's worked with everything!
