**Q: Does this act as a stimulant? Can it be used during the night?**
A: This does not act as a stimulant on me. For you it may be a different matter. Check   the ingredients.  I am never affected by the usual "jitters" caused by some of these products.
You can use 2 times per day. I use morning and again at night and keeps me clear. It is the best I have found for clearing blockages.

**Q: Is this item a 2pk ?**
A: Picture shows 2 but I only recieved 1

**Q: Does anyone know how this compares to Afrin Severe Congestion nasal spray?**
A: I’ve used Afrin, Rhinocort, etc. However, Mucinex is much better. This product really clears up congestion and I am comfortable all night. It comes in a double package which is great. Good price. Afrin is OK but Mucinex Nasal Spray is better
