When it arrived, I was unable to get it to work. There was an issue where the SD card reader would recognize that there was a card reader in there, but it wouldn't load up any of the prints. I reached out to the customer service team and Viki was super helpful. She helped me troubleshoot for a bit and then quickly realized that there was an issue with the motherboard. She sent me a new one which I replaced and now it works like a charm! I've only tried printing the preloaded prints from the provided sd card, but those all work great. I love the magnetic bed plate since it makes removing prints super easy and everything I've tried to print has worked without issue on the plate even without heat. This is great for 3D Printing beginners who have a basic understanding of computer hardware in case something goes wrong.
