HOWEVER: when we got down to the last 100 vials-- we were shorted 14 units in this order--meaning I can not fill my 100-spot specimen case as usual. Tried Amazon- they were not helpful, eventually gave me the sellers email. I have written 3x in the last month-- with absolutely no reply.
