Review: Easy to assemble, well made tool great for any serious gardener! - I have been putting off getting a wheel hoe for a while now, mainly because I am cheap and didn't want to spend the money. It was between this one and valley oak tool company wheel hoe which is more expensive. I went with this one and am very happy with my purchase. I have only used this with the 12" hoe attachment (which I ordered seperately) and it works wonderfully! I am a home gardener and use this to clear pathways and beds. It is very well made and the instructions for assembling were clear and easy. I would recommend this tool to any serious gardener or small scale farmer!

**Q: what type of handles come with this unit?**
A: This comes with the curved handles.

**Q: Does anything come with the It**
A: I got the three tines shown in the picture.  You can bolt all three on, or two, or one.  When I have to go through really compacted soil, I bolt on only one and make multiple swipes with it.  A digging fork like the Tru Temper Spading Fork is also handy, I have one of them too.  I also bought one of those loop hoes for the Hoss, the narrow one, which comes in really handy.  I looked at the 2-wheel version, but really my single wheel works just fine.  Buy the one with the pistol grips, not the plow grips.  Mine were raw wood.  I rubbed a couple coats of boiled linseed oil on the wood handles and let it cure for a week before you assemble it.

**Q: Does this come with the attachments mentioned (turning plow, 3 sizes of oscillating hoes), or are they purchased separately?**
A: Seperatly

**Q: How deep can you get with the cultivator?**
A: The deeper it goes the harder it is to push.  I use it to break up 2 or 3 inches deep.  But I mostly use the cultivator tines throughout the year to stop weeds.
