Those smaller cell batteries are hard to find, and require buying more than I will need at one time. So, I am tickled pink that this uses a common and easy to find size. It works well. Well made. Excellent price. I am very happy, and BTW, I bought another one so that I gave to a family member where I cook sometimes. I’m very happy with it.
