**Q: Is apricot nude a clear or what color is it?Just need to know the color**
A: There is no color payoff at all. It’s like using a clear lip balm. I was expecting it to look like the pictures but it doesn’t. Now I don’t know how to get a refund because it’s a non returnable item. I’m super bummed. Don’t waste your money.

**Q: Is this matte?**
A: This product does not dry matte, but is not overly shiny either. The vitamin E core protects provides hydration and protects against free radical damage. If you're looking for a matte finish, try Julep's It's Whipped matte lip mousse.

**Q: Is julep going out of business? if so, where can i find/buy the lip•eye•face products that i have come to love so very much?**
A: I don’t know.  I’ve been purchasing my products from Amazon.
