I have cooked large bone in chicken breasts and steaks (1.5" thick) on it with no issues. There is no griddle surface to swap out. Comes with a Teflon coated grate and a metal one for seafood grilling like fish. I can’t recommend more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant, quite literally *by P***O on September 16, 2017* Pros: - The temp is extremely stable, it never really gets "too hot". - You can cook indoors, even heavy cooking, as long as not much splatter hits the side glass (it smokes if that happens, but minimal) - Easy to operate Cons: - The splatter that happens to hit the inner side walls, is near impossible to remove/clean. - The light that it emits is REALLY BRIGHT.
