Good size! I love them. Comfotable, durability and worth the money. Thank you! Review: Exactly what I need! - I am ordering again! I just received my first pairs yesterday and slept so comfortably last night. I need 2XL and they fit well. They are soft and absolutely leakproof. The pink color is just precious, very feminine. I like it. I bought some cheaper ones that I couldn't tell the front from the back and the holes were so large I couldn't tell where the waist was or the legs. I finally wrote FRONT on them. They were very noisy and stiff. But THESE PINK PANTIES are the bomb! So easy to wash, I do them by hand. They dry well, but I won't put them in the dryer. They are perfect for me. ## Features - Ultra-Thin Adult Diaper Covers: Designed with an extended crotch area to provide extra leak protection when worn over disposable or reusable diapers. Lightweight and comfortable for daily wear, they create a reliable protective outer layer. A diaper is required; we recommend sizing up for a better fit. - Comfortable and Low-Noise Leakproof Underwear: Our diapers covers are suitable for various sports and activities, which can reduce the noise of plastic pants and give people a comfortable feeling, thereby protecting your privacy and avoiding embarrassment. Give you new confidence. - Breathable Fabric Plastic Diaper Covers: The fabric is made of special waterproof plastic and ultra-thin fabric. It has the characteristics of waterproof, breathable, abrasion-resistant, low-temperature resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance, and its resilience is better than that of PVC. It can be made into the most comfortable abdl diaper cover. - Reusable Plastic Pants Cover: Easy-to-wash peva underpants can be washed in hot and cold water, or air-dried or dried at low temperature. If you smell peculiar smell, you can add 0.5oz white vinegar and 1oz detergent to the water to remove the peculiar smell without the smell of vinegar. Adding vinegar can prevent the diaper from hardening. High-quality underwear can be used continuously after use. - Lightweight Peva Rubber Pants Uses: Such as long-distance driving, dementia (Alzheimer's disease), disability, medical staff, prostate surgery, night, important meetings or examinations, surgical rehabilitation, emergency situations, and can be used for mild incontinence. (Because this model is made by special craftsmanship, it is different from the normal size, please compare the appropriate size carefully.) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09Q8NB4SQ | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #55,907 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #223 in Incontinence Protective Briefs & Underwear | | Brand Name | AQX | | Color | Gray | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 out of 5 stars 992 Reviews | | Fabric type | TPU | | Incontinence Protector Size | Large | | Incontinence Protector Type | Adult Incontinence Underwear | | Item Dimensions | 11.81 x 9.84 x 0.71 inches | | Item Highlight | Washable Adult Diaper Covers Waterproof for Women, Reusable Rubber Incontinence Pants for Unisex Overnight Low Noise 2 Pcs | | Item Length | 30 centimeters | | Item Nype Name | waterproof diaper pants | | Item Weight | 28.35 g | | Lining Description | Polyester | | Manufacturer | AQX | | Material Type | Thermoplastic Polyurethane | | Material Type Free | Latex Free | | Model Number | L-G-2 | | Number of Items | 2 | | Origin | Made in USA or Imported | | Pattern | Solid | | Recommended Uses For Product | Urine Protection | | Reusability | Reusable | | Size | Large | | Target Audience | Unisex-Adults | | UPC | 737655487657 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | | Weight Range | 50-250 lbs | ## Images ![AQX Adult Leakproof Underwear for Incontinence, Plastic Pant Covers - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61ZVmzIcf2L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for Me. *by P***T on September 7, 2026* Arrived on time.
