Review: A weight gain powder with impressive ingredient list - This is the closest thing I've found to an ideal weight gain supplement. Moderate amount of protein, higher proportion of carbs (2 to 1 carb to protein ratio), some relatively healthy fat from sunflower oil, a long list of probiotics and OK flavor. The usual cheap maltodextrin for carbs, and middle of the road whey concentrate, which seems fine for this type of product. Claimed 10 grams of fiber per (admittedly jumbo size) serving. Most of us get more protein than we need, and a lot less fiber, which is probably the most important item mostly missing from the typical American diet. Fairly low in sodium and saturated fat; important for us old guys who are concerned about keeping our arteries open. Hard to assess the taste, since I usually mix it with kefir or oatmilk, a banana and maybe some other stuff. But the vanilla goes down pretty easily for me. It mixes well with my stick blender, but I don't know how well it will mix using less effective methods. All things considered, seems to be a quality product at a reasonable price.

I actually use and purchase this powder quite frequently! The taste is actually not bad at all and is not too sweet. I bought this to help gain weight, and it does help! The texture is not bad either and mixes well with water. I recommend also to anyone with a sensitive stomach, as it does not upset mine!
