IMHO this has better flavor, however. **Q: Which variant of the Scorpion pepper is used in this sauce? It seems to be a milder one, to me.** A: No clue. Some of these bottles are saying half a million. The one I bought said 780,000 and it was definitely hotter than their Ghost Pepper sauce which also says half a million. Either way both are mild for strains of scorpion pepper but it may just be a more palatable strain. There are many sauces that use Ghost pepper and they are only a tenth the possible potency of some of the hotter variants. **Q: This item is damaged a cracked lid leaked all over inside of PKG** A: Request for an exchange or refund. **Q: What are the ingredients used in this source?** A: Mostly scorpion pepper and vinegar. The first time I used it, I accidentally poured about a tablespoon into my mashed potatoes. I thought they would be ruined with so much sauce, but it ended up being pretty bearable heat and tasty. However, for a scorpion pepper sauce, I was expecting a lot more heat, maybe using just a drop or two for a single serving.
