Review: Just what I was looking for! - As a single person, I wanted something in cast iron that I could use for making small meals but would be a snap to clean and wouldn't develop rust spots if it wasn't used for a couple of weeks. I have found just the thing! I have a kitchen full of All-Clad, Calphalon, Le Cruset and Lodge, plus various other brands but my new favorite is my 8" Crock Pot artisan enameled on steel frying pan. I am even ok with the color of blue it turned out to be.

As a single person, I wanted something in cast iron that I could use for making small meals but would be a snap to clean and wouldn't develop rust spots if it wasn't used for a couple of weeks.
