However, the cloth baskets are difficult to load with groceries. The handle is much too high and is awkward to tilt back to pull. Review: What a disappointment! - I have owned the Upcart for over a year. Bought it because my physical therapist was convinced it would be the answer to all my problems getting groceries into the house up a few stairs. Otherwise, I'm facing moving! Three different people, all handy and good at problem-solving, made the Upcart look safe. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE IT, THE D**N thing collapses when loaded with groceries! So in the end it's waaaaaay more a problem. Not only is it totally useless and does not deliver what it promises, but it causes more problems than I had with just lugging grocery bags one at a time. I'm going to pursue a refund, otherwise I'm going to aggressively plaster this review all over the internet.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the bags?**
A: The bag is one single piece with three compartments. The overall dimensions are: L 23" x W 13" x H 45.5". Each individual compartment is: Small Compartment: 16”L x 9”W x 10”H, Medium Compartment: 16.5”L x 11”W x 13”H, Large Compartment: 17”L x 12”W x 13”H

**Q: How do you remove the yellow bag? I see black loops for the two top bags but the bottom bag has a loop sewn around plastic on the bottom/of the bottom**
A: The bottom loops slide off the plastic tabs as well. If you push the loops to one side, you will see the plastic tabs exposed. You can slide the loops off from the tabs. Please feel free to call us directly for any additional support at: 800-539-3653

**Q: Is the pro shopper bag removable?**
A: The Pro Shopper is designed to fold with the bag attached. However, the bag is removable. Please note, it is one large bag with 3-compartments (not three individual bags).

**Q: Do the three "bags" come off to put in the trunk, or what do you do with the cart full of stuff once you get to the car?**
A: The UpCart Pro Shopper folds completely flat with the bag still attached! So there is no need to remove the bag from the UpCart frame to fold it or put it away. However, understanding that you have items in the bags, you will need to remove those items from the UpCart or transfer them to your truck before folding the cart.

upon receiving on I was so excited .Then on my first use,I was immediately disappointed.I couldnt get it to stay locked & it kept collapsing.I was just about to return it,when my daughters came & tried it & it latched! Just think it needed a little "tweaking,or loosening'" now we love it.I bought this one instead of the original,because the reviews I read said the only negative thing about that model,was the handle was too short for most.this one is much longer & my husband is 6'4" and has no complaints. I love the seperate compartment.I do hope they come out with one that doesnt have the 3 individual baskets ,so we can use it for laundry.I have the old fashioned "old lady cart with the standard wheels & this one has those new wonderful almost self climbing wheels.Just ideal for us.
