Slept like a baby woke up the next day punched for a half an hour. Just getting back into working out thought I would take it slow. I got to tell you guys these thing is fun. Comes with a hat, ball and plenty of bunge string just be careful on your cuts, I am just using the string that was tide to the ball then short it up by putting a knot in it. Just look at the picture in the desription you'll find your length then its just all fun and games after that. Great way to get back into shape just using footwork forward and back side to side, count your punches or just do it as long as you can. Fun Awesome and cheap training aid. It is just a basic baseball cap with a hook in the back that ties an elastic string to a regular tennis ball. The string it came with looks about 10 times longer than the one shown in the picture. I thought it was going to be something special that had literal "levels" where it adjusts to pro/normal/beginner. No. You just get a long string and tie it to whatever length you think works. Do I cut the string or layer it? Anyway, I guess it does what its supposed to do.
