Trying to remove a connector in the middle of the 2x8 array is impossible without a tool like this.The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars is that it did work with multiple BNC (RGBHV) cable assemblies, where the individual coax wires had a larger diameter due to the color-coded strain reliefs, on the back of the individual BNC connectors. This tool would not slide over that increased diameter of the wire leading to the connector, but I'm not sure if it could be modified to do so, or similar tools from other manufacturers take that into consideration. With single wire BNC cable assemblies, or the ones we made ourselves, we did not have any problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grabs well *by G***S on Reviewed in the United States on 23 November 2019* The previous model I had (Ideal) was smooth metal and was a frustrating tool, but it was all I had. Then I bought this one and it works really well for grabbing the BNC connector and turning it easily. I work with old equipment that has tightly packed BNC connectors in a mass of coax, so this tool is handy. Like others mentioned, if the stress relief on the coax near the connector is thick, then this tool isn't going to help a lot.
