Klar, er hat keinerlei Spiel für zusätzliche Instabilität beim Training, da die Schlingen fest verankert sind und weder durch eine Schlaufe führen wie beim TRX noch über eine Rolle geführt werden, wie bei anderen Konkurrenten. Dafür sind die Griffe gut beschichtet und bieten mehr halt als manch anderes teures Konkurrenzprodukt. Außerdem lässt sich die Länge über eine praktische Zahlenskala einstellen.Warum ich diesen Schlingentrainer nun doch nicht empfehlen kann, ist die Qualität: Schon nach wenigen Trainingstagen haben die Schlingen sich an den Seiten aufgeribbelt. Was auf den ersten Blick vielleicht nicht so schlimm erscheint, macht sich dann beim Verstellen der Schlingenlänge negativ bemerkbar: Die Fransen verhaken sich im Mechanismus zur Längenverstellung, wodurch das System blockiert und die Länge nur noch mit Gewalt verstellt werden kann.Auf Dauer wird das Ausfransen wohl auch irgendwann dazu führen, dass die Schlinge an sich komplett zu reißen droht.Wer ausschließlich mit einer Länge arbeitet, könnte mit dem Gerät trotzdem glücklich werden, wofür es noch einen zweiten Stern gibt. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sehr gutes Produkt *by O***T on Reviewed in Germany on 17 September 2021* Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Teilen. Gut verarbeitete Nähte, nette Gimmicks beigeführt. Materialien riechen nicht komisch. Sehr empfehlenswert.die Anleitungen für den Umgang mit den Schlingen lässt einen mit dem Gefühl zurück, doch schon recht "dumm" zu sein :D ;) .....da würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Anleitungen (stets bemüht) nachgearbeitet werden ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kauft kein anderes System! *by M***K on Reviewed in Germany on 16 July 2021* Wow. Das alles für 34€ im Jahr 2021. Die Nähte sind mit starkem Faden eng genäht, keine Chance dass es reißt. Die Karabiner sind gute 100g schwer und die Schachtel wiegt fast 3kg. Faltkarte und Heft mit 10 Seiten Übungen. Resistance Bänder wie im Foto gesehen 30cm lang (also 60cm Umfang). Die Verlängerungen sind jeweils 1m lang. Das Griffstück ist 50cm lang. Das System kann somit bis zu 4m lang sein. Das ist Fitnesstudio Qualität. Wandhalterung für Beton nicht dabei, sowas gibts sicher im Baumarkt für 5€. Zwei Nylon Säckchen dabei.
