My journey started with the POSH followed by this BEISTA. This phablet arrived after a little wait I was excited and set up the phablet quickly which I did with a few issues. The issues with this tablet hearing when speaking on calls , slowness and my most important app reporting the tablet as rooted therefore I couldn't use my app. All was well for a week then the phablet started to power-off on its own continuously every 15-20 minutes. I would have a rough time getting the phablet to power on after this started happening it would take sometimes 15-20 minutes to restart the phablet. I would be on a call or texting and the phablet would just power off. It was very annoying to the point I wanted to smash the phablet to pieces. I contacted Amazon they were great in refunding me my money. I purchased a different phablet and my fingers are crossed that all goes well with this other phablet. The company who sells this phablet is in China and they were not much help with the "rooted" issues or the powering-off issues. Please purchase at your own risk and pray your phablet works ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks great! *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2017* This case is very nice and fits pretty well. There is just one issue I have with it is that there is no hook and loop on the flap that holds the tablet snugly in the case, when taking it in and out of my briefcase several times a day the tablet would require me pushing it back inside. The pen loop is far too small for even a thin stylus so unfortunately I cannot use it, had to come up with an alternative.
