Por eso asegúrate de tener la llave tradicional en tu llavero porque va a ser la única forma de abrirla, también puede pasar en el calor, la tengo desde hace más de un año y solo me paso una vez en el frío y otra en el calor! Después de todo este tiempo utilizandola el sensor de la huella dactilar de un momento a otro dejo de funcionar. I got mine and some of the parts are not working and i contacted amazon and they sent me a replacement two days after. The lock is solid, heavy and very easy to instal, the lock it uses four AA battery and i can control the lock from the app. The only thing i don't like is that the top part of this lock is not too sturdy and it will move because there is no screw to tightened the lock. Other than that the lock working just fine for me and i like it a lot. THANKS
