Rolled up they are very small and make me nervous that they are going to get stuck in my ear. BUT so far so good. I am very cautious about not pushing them in too far. I also was attracted to the supposed "softness" of these. Unfortunately, these just weren't the right fit for me. They are very small and did not stay in. Not only that but after twisting them, they stay tightly twisted and do not puff out like usual. I sadly did not get to use any.
