When my first order arrived on of the little "tab" pieces that hold the holder closed was broken. It still functioned, just not as well for a 1.5-year old that will try anything to open something. I was not going to complain because I usually do not unless it is totally damaged, which it wasn't. The company emailed me about my purchase to make sure I was happy with the product. I told them I was but it had a small area damaged. She sent me two more to "make up" for it, which I was so grateful for, one would have been enough! I am giving these 5 stars because of the customer service! The product its self is good, but not the best thing I have used. The whole thing is plastic and the "doors" and hinges of the holder are somewhat too thin. When you try and put a full, just opened pouch inside and close the doors sometimes it will squirt out because the holder is a bit snug. It does fit the small and large pouches which is nice! It does prevent my son from squeezing the pouch, which is its purpose, so it does its job. I will probably wait a little longer to let me son use them until he gets past throwing them on the ground since it does break easily. If you have a child that does not throw they will be great!
