I am not keen on being poisoned, even if in FDA approved amounts. I feel that way about anything artificially sweetend. However, for these, I will make an exception.When I feel a cold or flu coming on, I will use these that night and it seems to really help. A lot. It seems that the spike of vitamins that these deliver are just the right combination to keep a lot of illness at bay.These tablets were recommended to me by someone less averse to heavy metal poisoning. I trust them so I gave them a try. I was astonished at how well they seem to work. I can get that slight achiness and feel a sniffle coming on and if I take one of these before bed, there is a very good chance that those symptoms will be gone in the morning.On the occasions where the symptoms persist, I think that the severity of the symptoms is significantly lessoned.Effervescent tablets are fun to use. I will fill a glass with hot water to make the tablet dissovle faster. The resulting warm liquid is easy to drink. Cold water works too, but it takes a while for it to fully dissolve.I will continue to use these despite the risks associated with being sugar free.
