The same fabric and the same design. This one is no different. It has a draw string waste so it adjusts to any size waste. The length is just right for the size of kid. Finding a higher quality petticoat is impossible. They are all made of this cheap lightweight fabric that isn't great for repeated use. After a few uses they fall apart. I didn't dock it any stars because what I want seems to not exist and perhaps the longevity of the petticoat is not as important to others as it is to me.
