None with multiple growths. **Q: Are these currently dormant? (December 2019)** A: Yes I would say our plants are currently dormant at this time. They still have leaves, but no active growth yet. Because our weather in Hawaii does not get too gold they keep there leaves until they bloom, but sometimes during this phase they will shed some. I hope this info helps. We have found that these plants tend to shed leaves throughout the year. Usually before or after the blooming season, but our plants tend to shed leaves before they start producing new growth. Not only does the plant look amazing but it also has a flower spike starting, a very pleasant surprise! It's a healthy plant with a great root system and it's growing out of the pot already. There are 4 psuedo bulbs in total. The packaging was very good, the plant was fully protected and well hydrated (but not soggy) when it arrived. Transport time was much faster than I expected too. This was definitely worth every penny spent.I wasn't expecting a plant this lovely so I just want to thank the Kawamoto family for being so amazing! I am beyond impressed by the quality of the orchid that was shipped to me. I live in Tucson and the shipping was exceptionally fast. The root system on this orchid was extremely healthy (there is another review on here with some lady complaining that her roots are white. This species of Orchid is a bulb type and does not have air roots that a moth orchid would possess. The white roots are 100% normal so I would advise to not let that review turn you off from buying one of these). The orchid is doing very well in it’s new home and has shown no signs of shock.
