Review: Great product at great price - After reviewing the negative ratings I was concerned with buying this, but after a week of heavy use, I am pleasantly surprised. Great length, not sure why people find it difficult to get the whole way across - if you apply some spray lubricant (sold seperately), it’s just a matter of effort. It lies perfectly flat, so no issue there. One time it slipped a little (pun intended) to one side when my foot came into contact with the edge piece. It’s perfectly wide enough that you don’t slip off, and it rolls up nicely for storage. Good value for the price, very functional, fits the desire use perfectly. I’ll update over time if anything changes but one heck of a workout can be had with this product.

**Q: Are the end stops adjustable to make board shorter?**
A: No they do not adjust

**Q: I'm 5.3 tall, is the board too big?**
A: No the board is not too big for you as I coach a high school swim team and the whole team has used this and they are not all the same height .

**Q: Does it come with a workout dvd?**
A: No, it doesn’t come with a dvd but you can always find some exercise videos on youtube.

**Q: Is there a weight limit for this? I just don't want to get it and not be able to slide xD I'm assuming it wouldn't matter but just wanted to ask first**
A: a person's weight shouldn't matter. You are self propelled, the slide should be placed on the floor.

Easy to set up, the board includes booties that are slick enough to make advanced athletes work hard, but not too slick to scare off those that are new to the drills. Rolls up nice in a travel pack. Love the product and so do my athletes and staff. Great buy. Only caution is that it’s not heavy duty, so don’t expect Olympic athletes to vibe with it. Go make your own in that case.
