Review: Disposable--as they are meant to be - I use each side of the pillow case for one night. After one night, the side I use is already worn out, but it is not meant for long-term use. The case is made of a thin plastic covered by a thinner "papery" fabric. The papery fabric wears out easily, but the plastic remains in-tact. The only downside is that if the papery fabric wears out too much, you are resting your head on a piece of plastic, which can make it a little sweaty. Note: save the pillow cases after you use them, they make great garbage bags!

I use each side of the pillow case for one night. After one night, the side I use is already worn out, but it is not meant for long-term use.
