The piece is cast and the cast lines run through the stopcock area. The glass is scuffed there a bit but not ground. The glass stopcock is not round enough to fit in the hole at all. Additionally, the hole drilled from the mixing vesel into the valve is so far off center it nearly breaks through the wall. The assembly is incapable of holding liquid at all.
