I am a D cup and when I use these it's like I have a big cup on the end of my boob. So, there's my boob, and they're perky, so they sit up, you know (not implants or anything), and I tried to use these for modesty, but it looked almost comical. If I weren't too embarrassed to put my girls online for the whole world to see, I would show you. It's laughable. My recommendation is for someone in the freaking world, preferably the United States, make a modesty pad for women with large breasts that 1) doesn't stick to the nipple and make you want to scream when it comes off and covers an appropriate amount of boobage as to not look like a poofy areola; 2) covers a larger breast discretely and comfortably. Why is that so freaking hard to find? I've actually used the pads from those not-quite-sports-bra things that started out on "as seen on TV" or whatever. I take the pads out and use those, but they really look like crap after using them for a few years. I guess I have to go buy some more and use those until someone makes this product and would likely get rich off of it. Oh, and don't bother with these unless you're a C cup or less (and I did buy the C/D). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent product at a good price *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 30, 2020* I received my order of these bra pads today and am very satisfied. They fit as I hoped they would. I have one breast larger than the other and these pads helped me even out my overall look. They are not soft, but more firm, yet I still find them reasonably comfortable. I think the round shape is more natural and easy to conceal within a bra. They appear to be well made and the thickness inside was perfect for my needs. I feel that they will last a long time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you have had a lumpectomy, one of these pads might work for you; it sure helped me. *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 24, 2017* I ordered these to use in one side of my bra where I had breast cancer surgery to compensate for the post-surgical size difference. Use one, have one to spare! I had a lumpectomy, so I'm about 2 sizes smaller on one side and one of these pads really helps to even out the difference. Since my surgery, I wear a sculpted cup bra and one of these pads and it works just great. Everything looks and feels natural. Pads made especially for cancer patients are extremely expensive. I have tried other pads and "chicken cutlets", but these are my favorites. I hope this is helpful to other breast cancer patients. I'm very happy with how it worked for me.
