Great little remote. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ better quality sounder *by C***Z on July 12, 2018* OK, my first review was extremely negative, but then the company sent me instructions to set up the remote, and now the remote is working perfectly. If you order this product, but it does not work when you replace the batteries, then follow the below instructions. It worked for me:The remote is preprogrammed and works right away by putting batteries into.If it does not work,Please reset as below:1. Remove batteries from remote control2. Press every button for 3 second on the remote at least one (1) time to drain any residual power. This also helps to check for stuck buttons.3. Insert BRAND-NEW batteries into the remote and make sure the batteries are correctly installed with the positive and negative ends in the right direction.4. Sometimes the problem isn’t the remote. Sometimes the problem is the TV. Just unplug the TV/ sound bar from the power outlet and hold down the power button on the side of the TV/sound bar for 15 seconds. Doing this drains residual power and can clear up odd issues.
