I've been using the usual neck (horseshoe) pillow for years but it never felt comfortable on a plane because there was too much padding at the back of the neck and doesn't let your head rest on the back of the plane seat; it props my head up and just feels awkward. I was about to take a trip to Spain and knew I was going to be uncomfortable during those almost 10 hours of flying time with that usual horseshoe pillow. I did some Googling an came across this Flat Back Neck Pillow. I love it!!!! The flat back lets me rest my head against the seat but also supports my neck on the sides and front. I didn't fall asleep on the plane (I don't think I'll ever be able to fall asleep in Economy seating) but I was more comfortable with this pillow resting with my eyes closed. I recommend this. ## Features - YOUR CHILDS' COMFORT MATTERS - Your kids deserve a cushy & supportive travel neck pillow when they fall asleep in the car. With BCOZZY Pillow, sleeping on car rides and airplanes feels like sleeping in bed at home. The picture looks like it's not that flat.** A: Yes it is very comfortable and does not push my neck forward. **Q: Has anyone tried this and the turtl? which did you prefer?** A: I've tried them both. I found the Turtl incredibly rigid, uncomfortable and reluctant to stay in the position I placed it. I returned it. Don't like BCOZZY much either - feels like I'm being softly strangled - but at least it's more tolerable than Turtl. Not sure whether to keep the BCOZZY or not. For years I've been a huge fan of Releaf Neck Support, but it's now manufactured with a material that doesn't breathe so quickly gets uncomfortably warm. BCOZZY does at least seem to breathe, which is important on long overseas flights. **Q: What kind of filling does this travel pillow have?** A: Hello from BCOZZY- The filling in BCOZZY Chin Supporting Pillow is high quality, resilience and light weight Hollow Conjugated Siliconized Polyester Fiber. Feature: Anti-Pilling, Abrasion and Mildew-Resistant, Anti-Distortion, High Durability, Elasticity and Tenacity, Easily Washed and Quickly Dried. **Q: Hi, does this pillow come with a pillow cover? Thanks.** A: Hello from BCOZZY, YES, every BCOZZY pillow comes with a carrying bag. The carrying bag is designed with a snap loop for easy attachment to carry-on luggage or a suitcase. Thank you, BCOZZY ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally a Travel Pillow That Actually Supports Your Head *by K***E on September 25, 2026* I purchased the BCOZZY Travel Neck Pillow for Airplane, Head & Chin Support (Large, Purple) for a long flight, and it exceeded my expectations.
