I tried the Soya Rich Mint & Chilli Tofu because it’s a good source of plant protein, but honestly, I didn’t enjoy it much. The texture was okay, but the mint and chilli flavour didn’t really work for my taste buds. If you’re looking to increase your protein intake and enjoy experimenting with tofu flavours, you might like it. For me, I’d probably stick to plain tofu and season it myself next time.
