**Q: Is the head built in to the torso or back or can it be swapped easily**
A: There three different heads provided and doesn’t built in to the torso. It can be swapped if you can insert a mini magnets to both torso and heads. However the head with full helmet is difficult to put into the torso. Once you put the full helmet head to torso it is difficult to move out.
