Imagine the shock of thinking I'm getting a full size book and I pull it out and see this thing that the size of a Post-It note. Started hysterically laughing but decided to keep it because it was so funny. The other day I finally opened it up and skimped through it. It's a fantastic condensed version of the book. Does a great job of summarizing all of the research that Carnegie put into it.
