This scrub has no perfumed scent or lotion type ingredient and that’s a huge reason as to why I love it. Although it doesn’t have a lotion-y feel it does leave your skin feeling moisturized from within. I was amazed after my first use at how soft and supple my skin felt. It didn’t irritate my skin either and I’ve noticed that I get far less ingrown hairs on the back of my legs when I use this.THE DOWNSIDE: a bottle usually lasts me maybe 3-4 uses and that’s when I’m being cautious with how much I use :/. A little does not go a long way. They use an exfoliant that breaks down quickly so that you don’t over exfoliate and cause micro tears in your skin unlike a lot of other exfoliants that can actually damage the environment and your skin (ie microplastic beads or walnut shells). I just wish I got more use out of it at $14 a pop 🙃With that being said I would highly recommend this to anyone who gets ingrown hairs or struggles with dry dull skin. I wish they had a vat I could buy and sink my whole body in and scrub my way out. I am 55, post menopausal. I have extremely dry skin on my entire body. I have tried so, so many scrubs. Some of them are too abrasive, some not enough. Or, and this is a huge pet peeve, they dissolve as soon as you try to scrub. Ugh!! This one though! This one lasts long enough to scrub the dead skin off my legs, I wish I had done before and after pics! I will do a progressive pic on here starting now, and then one in a week. This was the second time using it, it left my skin so soft and so smooth but not drier than when I began. Some scrubs dry your skin out more! Another ugh!! This one has small particles that don’t feel like sandpaper, it’s just a nice gentle, effective scrub. This product will always be in my shower! It has earned a lasting spot! That does not happen often. Oh!! And I don’t have to use a ton of it!! I do my entire body except my face. Try this one!!! Y’all won’t regret it!!! Unless you want sandpaper and I have a bunch of those types NOT in my shower! Haha! I would not even give them away I will scrub wood with those others to sand them down, this one though is mine.
