These are wonderful, which is why I bought a case. It's hard to find skinny noodles like these--which are like the ones my mother used for her yummy chicken noodle soup when I was a child. Comfort food! They cook quickly, so if you have a hungry child who likes noodles, these can be prepared quickly. They are light and delicious in soup or just with a little butter or olive oil and herbs.
