What this says to me is that special, artisanal care is taken with each batch and the rich, high quality flavor proves this. This coffee really does stand out from other coffee I have tried. I like strong coffee but I don't like coffee that is too bitter, which is often a problem when I make my coffee strong. Will definitely be buying more and sharing with friends and family.Update 7/9/17: This is hands down the best coffee I have ever had. When I bought it, it was at the recommendation of a friend and I was partially expecting all of his hype about it to boil down to a coffee that basically tastes the same as every other bean out there. But, then I realized that it came out great if I just used a smaller volume of grounds per cup. My mother is more of a coffee aficionado than I am, and she really loved it when I made coffee this way. She was surprised that it came out so well, since I had opened the package a while ago, so it seemed like it should have gotten stale, but it hadn’t.
