First, the plastic started to reshape and bend, then the entire head of the pry bar flipped off through the air. Find a screen replacement kit with better tools. * Update: After I totally failed at being able to get into the phone, I found a local repair spot where I could get a reduced price for the repair if I brought in this replacement kit. Surprise, the repair manager explained that it was the WRONG kit, that although the magnetic tape includes the correct number for the phone, it is actually an A12, which will not properly fit. This is NOT THE CORRECT replacement kit, as it claims!
