The jacket has adhesive on it but they still won't stay on without the spray. The supplier originally sent a more expensive brand with the disposable jackets then switched brands to one that didn't work. So I ordered this brand which is less expensive and holds the jackets as well as the more expensive brand. After the product dries, it doesn't feel very sticky but still keeps the jackets adhered to the skin all day. It even works during physical therapy and other exercising. Two things I learned: 1) the solution needs to dry completely before applying the jacket.
