A: I think I read somewhere else at least nine grams of protein.  I have had really really good luck with this product it has made a huge difference for me.

**Q: How long does it take to tell a difference**
A: You should see immediate results.  If you have no change this is not your issue.  Digestion is SO complicated.

**Q: How many miligrams of betaine per capsule does this product have?**
A: 650 mg per capsule and 1300 per 2 capsule serving.

**Q: What are the "digestive enzymes" in this? Can anyone name which ones they are, so we know what others to take if need be?**
A: Betaine HCl uses hydrochloric acid and pepsin already in your stomach to naturally raise the pH of stomach acid and soothe discomfort.
