Review: Sturdy item goes together well - Gift from my little two year-old grandson he loved it. It went together easily.
Review: So cute! - If you’ve ever put together ikea furniture, you’ll have no problem with this! Start to finish was about 15 minutes. Attaching the base to the bucket took the longest. I recommend getting assistance with this part. I asked my 5 yr old to hold it while I attached the screws, which made it much easier. If it’s going to be used / stored outside, I would seal the wood. The wood feels like it was lightly varnished except the end cuts at the wheel. Unless you like the “weathered” look, which I think would happen fairly quickly. Overall great quality! Exactly what I would expect from Radio Flyer! I wish there was a size between this (suitable for 2-5 maybe?) and the full sized for my growing children! Definitely recommend.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: My son is 2 years old (and one month!) and 36 inches tall. Will this be too hard for him to handle/ push?**
A: No. Its really ment for kids two years old when I ordered it I thought it would be ok for a 6 year old but it come much smaller. Its perfect for a 2 yr old

**Q: Is this small enough for a housewarming gift - to put a bottle of Champagne in ? or did anyone find a better one that would work well?**
A: It might work. The base of the bed is about a foot wide and maybe 15-18 inches long. As I remember it. The sides are maybe 6 inches high.

**Q: I am seeing mixed reviews on ages. This is for a 5 year old, several reviews say best for toddlers...which is it???**
A: My 3 yr old grandson is tall for his age and this wheelbarrow is just about right for him. If your 5 yr old isn't too tall it would probably work. It's a really nice, well made toy.

**Q: What kind of tire Air or solid plastic?**
A: This was a gift to grandkids living in northern state and not stored indoors. The tires are definitely not plastic but rubber. I don’t remember seeing an inflation tube on them. It’s a great toy.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent
*by N***L on September 16, 2026*

Excellent deal, especially for this particular brand... is it just me, or are the wagons overpriced? I digress. One may consider this a "full-sized" wheelbarrow for a toddler (2-5yo), and reasonably heavy duty, considering the stated 25lb weight limit. It looks and performs just like the full-sized tool, except that the tire is molded plastic... YEA! No flats! The included hardware is very decent, and on-par with the rest of the wheelbarrow. Now... a note about assembly... I followed the directions, with exceptions: The two-piece wood handles I assembled tightly, but only those, initially. The rest of the hardware was installed just tight enough to stay put, until the assembly was complete. THEN, I went back over the process, tightening everything to my satisfaction. This is a method I have gleaned over my too many years of putting together too many purchases where "tab A" might not want to line-up directly with "slot B". My thanks to those who warned that the holes might not want to line-up. Hopefully, this review is helpful in that regard.
