Review: Worked wonderful for trip from USA to Philippines (Asia) - I was a little sceptical about purchasing this voltage converter but it worked wonderful for me. After trying it on an item that didn't matter if it blew up or run down. After all that I used it to charge my cell phone and tablets. It worked great. It also easy to know which plug you need because of the markings.
Review: Stopped working after two uses during international trip. Red 'Error' light. - Stopped working 3 days into my trip after only using it twice (once in the hotel and once on the plane). Now when plugged in, the red error button is lit up and nothing is powered/charging. No instructions on how to resolve this problem. I found it strange that there was even an error light to begin with. I should have questioned why such an indicator exists... Hoping I'll be able to get a refund. I'll have to manage without this for the duration of my trip, too bad I gave away my power bank to someone during this trip, as this device is not as reliable as expected.

**Q: Used this product few times and now the error light is on!!!  what should i do?**
A: Error light occurred after just several days of use in our travel to Poland.  The converter no longer works but the USD ports are still working.

**Q: Does this works on cruise ships?  The plug holes doesn't seem to fit?**
A: Never tried using on a cruise ship.
Worked perfectly in Morroco.
Several adaptor plugs come with the voltage converter.

**Q: Can the error light be reset or does it mean the voltage converter is broken?**
A: I couldn’t tell you because mine did not work straight out of the box. I you return it and get different one from another manufacturer. These are junk.
