Tried it with the original SNES, the mini SNES and the FC Twin - worked great with all of them. Picture is accurate and the sound is identical to the second revision Genesis but not as good as the first. A minor issue for this kind of convenience. Controllers work great. Everything works great. I built an inline adapter that lets me have both the SNES and RetroGen connected at the same time so I don't have to switch connectors around on the TV, but it still isn't an inconvenience in the first place.I tested a number of games including PAL games like Castlevania Bloodlines and they all work great. This is where the region select switch comes in handy. I did not have a copy of Virtua Racing to try, but my understanding is that it may not work.This adapter gives you 99% of the functionality of a Genesis system. You can't go wrong with it. ### ⭐ Does not work *by M***D on June 5, 2018* Doesnt even work. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works but not 100% compatible with titles *by V***T on February 11, 2013* I Use it with a retro bit II SNES emulator.The tiny jack, on the side of the cartridge, to RCA cables that go into the TV a little weird. Additionally, I have found that not all TV's work correctly with the video output. The sound is mono and sounds kind of scratchy to me.The big titles seem to work good, particularly the Sega titles, but a good portion of titles either don't function or are glitchy. I think I would have bought a used console in RETROspect.
