I use it 2 times a day, once in the morning and once at night. I was applying it before my moisturizer, but I heard it’s better combined as it absorbs better. I didn’t start noticing a difference until after 2 months. I was very skeptical as I didn’t think it would actually work. I spoke with a lot a dermatologist as I was going in for acne treatments and they all said it wouldn’t work. I gave it a try anyway and I’m happy I did. You have to be consistent, if you only do it once a day or skip days it won’t work.
