We have purchased these wipes from local pet stores and like the convenience of being able to quickly wipe our pup down each time she comes in from outdoors to help alleviate her itchiness and remove dirt, pollen, etc. We found these on Amazon and they were priced the same as the store, so we ordered them so we didn’t have to physically go to the store. They arrived with the hard plastic flap you open to get the wipes out missing. I checked the box and could not find the flap, meaning it was broken off before they even sent them out to us. The sticker over the opening was intact, however, the sticker alone does not prevent the wipes from drying out. We also had no way of knowing if they had been tampered with since the flap was missing. I asked for a refund and the seller quickly refunded me and did not require I send the wipes back. This experience is not a reflection on the quality of the product, which is why I gave it four stars. It is hard to say that it is a reflection on the seller either as the product may have been fully intact upon leaving their facility. It is more a reflection of quality control at the Amazon warehouse.
